NPSI's CANCELLATION POLICY
The National Professional Services, Inc. (NPSI) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a
membership in NPSI, or one of ist managed associations,. If NPSI refuses a new or renewing
membership, registrants will be offered a refund on any unused portion of services.
Membership Cancellation by Participant
- Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible
to receive a full refund less $35 service fee.
- Cancellations received after the stated 14 day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or e-mail, and must be received by the stated 14
day cancellation deadline.
- All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to NPSI.
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will only be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
- No refund will be issued if the original Credit/Debit Card is available.
These above policies apply to all NPSI memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding
program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
NPSI'S PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Our return policy for all digital products is as follows:

NPSI or one of it's Subsideraries may offer non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods. As such we generally
do NOT issue refunds as it is nearly imppossible to verify digital content is deleted, returned, or
rendered unsuable. During checkout, upon clicking the "Submit" or "Purchase" button, your purchase is charged to
the credit/debit card that you supplied. All sales are final. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund
for a purchase. Please test the free Demo Version of products before purchasing.

However, NPSI can, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for a refund within the first 30 days of
your purchase, if you are unable to install a Product due to a technical incompatibility that we are unable
to resolve, AND, you HAVE already worked with, and followed all advice presented by our support team, in an
effort to resolve these issues. Any refunds that are processed, will be granted at the sole discretion of
NPSI. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase whatsoever. By purchasing a Product
from NPSI, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a
refund for a purchase.
